Refund / Exchanges

My goal is always complete satisfaction for my customers, and I have never had a request for a refund from an unhappy customer. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me immediately.  I will do whatever it takes to make it right. If the issue is my error, there will be no extra charges assigned, and I will pay all related shipping charges.

All returns will be honored with store credit. The gown MUST be returned to me within three days of your receiving it. It must be returned in the same condition as you received it, by the same method of shipping.
